Refund Policy

1. Sessions Cancelled before 12 hours: For cases where sessions are cancelled 12 hours before the scheduled time, no charge will be levied on the client.

2. Sessions cancelled within 12 hours: For cases where sessions are cancelled within 12 hours before the scheduled time, 50% of the session fee will be levied as cancellation charges.

3. The amount will be sent back to the respective person's mode of payment.
