Delivery of Services

1. Sessions will happen on time: All sessions will happen on the time that is scheduled. If the client is more than 15 mins late, we reserve the right to cancel the session with no refund.

2. Rescheduling :  Clients can opt to reschedule the session upto 12 hours before.

3. Sessions will be strictly in the time slot given to you. If the client is late, the session can only happen for the remaining time in that time slot. We will try to accomodate more time if possible.
